Editorial Outreach Manager

We’re looking for a communications professional who knows how to build strong media relationships, coordinate impactful PR initiatives, and ensure our stories reach the right audience. If you enjoy a mix of strategy, hands-on communication, and data-driven decisions, this role will fit you well.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns, press releases, and media pitches.
• Monitor media coverage and evaluate the effectiveness of PR activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on performance data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent editorial and marketing communication.
• Track social media mentions and analyze campaign performance across platforms.

What we expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Editorial Communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and PR best practices.
• Experience with media monitoring and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and positive energy.

Salary:
From 3000 € gross per month, depending on experience and expertise.
