ASO Specialist
We are excited to announce that Acceleron Media is looking to hire a new ASO Specialist to join our newly emerging Innovations Department. Reporting directly to the Innovations Manager, you will be responsible for defining and testing ASO strategies in coordination with the Search Director and the Search Innovation Manager to enable our clients to meet customer acquisition targets through our Apps. You will define best practices, try out new techniques and opportunities and analyze successful competitors. You will be our clients’ go to person for our clients for all matters relating to App Store performance and you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance across both the App Store and Google Play App markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and test App ranking strategies and implement successful ones for our clients.
Optimise Store pages for our clients’ apps.
Ensure our client’s apps and store pages are constantly audited and that our clients are provided with recommendations to improve rankings and downloads.
Lead investigations into competitors’ apps and analyze their ranking strategies.
Report on the ASO performance across the whole portfolio of our clients’ apps, pointing out successful strategies and issues with performance.
Manage ASO tools and configure them so that they properly track the performance of our clients’ apps and those of their competitors.
Skills and Capabilities:
Essential Skills:
5+ years of experience in ASO, with some experience in management roles and in projects of technology implementation for better ranking on search engines.
Proven experience in ranking App in both main App Stores.
Experience owning and driving ASO Strategies, with demonstrated experience in all facets of ASO, from store optimisation to review and download optimisation.
Demonstrated experience with data-driven marketing, a/b and multivariate testing and Analytics, with a successful track record of implementing and managing different Digital Marketing Tools is an asset.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations.
Desirable Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of the gambling industry (online poker, casino, sports betting) a plus;
- Ability to think "outside the box".
